Description
A few hundred metres east of –>Jomosom Cave 1, located in the south side of the ridge directly north of Jomosom (2743 m a.s.l.), and at the same height.The second Jomosom Cave »… consists of a single straight passage 18 metres long, mostly about two feet square in cross-section. It is very unstable being almost entirely tectonic in origin, solutional development only being evident on a very small scale in a few cross joints« (WALTHAM, A.C. 1971d: 44).
