The east-facing rock shelter Ezhuthupura (note 1) or Ezhutu Guha (note 2) lies somewhere near Marayur (note 3), contains rock art (note 4). SITUATION: In a dramatic location … in the Koodakavu Sandalwood Reserve Forest at Marayoor in the Marayoor Panchayat of the Devikolam Development Block in Idukki District, at an elevation of 1000 meters above mean sea level (edakkal.com accessed 2004.01.05).
