Description
A spring (note 1) issues from an unexplored "cave" with two tiny passages, one wet, the other dry, and both homes of imagined snakes, as confirmed by children (note 2). SITUATION: At an elevation of 2285 m asl (DUCLUZAUX 1993: 39) on the western flank of Majika Danda, the mistaken »sud-est [sic!] de la Montagne de Shikar« (DUCLUZAUX 1993d: 39).
NOTE 1: On one of the days in early March 1992 (DUCLUZAUX 1993: 35) estimated DUCLUZAUX (1993:39) a flow of 0.1 ltr/sec. NOTE 2: »Il y a deux boyaux non exploés, un actif et un fossile. En arrivent en Inde, on nous a appris: "small cave = snake cave." Des enfants nous ont montré un maginique serpent à sonnette qui habitait dans une petite grotte. Ce qui explique que nous n'étions pas très attirés par les étroitures« (DUCLUZAUX 1993: 39).
