Description
Farishta Wazzar Ghara (Angles [sic! probably for: Angel's] Wing Cave) began with an 11 m pitch and again had many fine [secondary calcite] formations [speleothems], one of which provided inspiration for the caves name (note 1). EXPLORATION HISTORY: 2005.04.23 - 2005.05.05: Brooks, S.J. (2006.10.27 Mss: Cave Exploration in Pak#43C.doc), Hayatullah 'Hayat' Durrani Khan) and others (note 3) visited one Farishta Wazzar Ghara or Angles Wing Cave (sic! for: Angel's Wing Cave) and surveyed 59.6 m at a vertical range of 16.4 m in what is probably the same Angles Wings Ghara at 1591 m asl (Brooks 2006.10.27 Mss: Survey Summary 2006.xls).
