Description
A closed depression (about 25 m in diameter and an estimated 5 m deep), which obviously takes water during rains, is situated on the eastern rim of Laitkynsew village and within the premises of Denis P. Rayen's "Cherrapunjee Tourist Resorts". According to local tradition, there is a cave there, but on 28 November 1998 Mr. Denis P. Rayen ordered the vegetation to be cleared for easing access to a little bit of dark zone between dislocated sandstone boulders buried in soil with no tourist attractiveness.
