An unspecified archaeological site, perhaps in the open air but possibly within a cave, which Robert Bruce Foote (Indian Archaeological Review 1968-1969: 3) either surveyed in the 1880ies without success or which yielded neolithic flakes and cores (GOSH 1989, 2: Nagaldinne). SITUATION: Somewhere near Nagaladinne (N15°55': E77°34') or Nagalpinne (note 1), a village above the right (south) bank of the Tungabhadra river at a distance of about 80 km along the road approximately WNW from Kurnool town (N15°50': E78°03').
