A relatively small cave sacred to Manma Devi, a mother goddess regarded as an incarnation of –>Vaishno Devi, reported GANHAR (s.a., circa 1973: 26) from »a little beyond Kalakot [note 1], on the right side of the road to Rajouri [note 2], across a ravine.«

Herbert Daniel Gebauer - 18/04/2016

R.L. SINGH (1995: 363) lists one Kalakot (not identified) among important limestone occurrences »in Jammu.« NOTE 2: »Rajouri« (GANHAR s.a., circa 1973: 26) appears to correspond to the Rajaori marked near N33°23': E74°18' (nima.mil/geonames accessed 16.11.2003) on AMS sheet Punch (NI43-10, U502 Series, 1960 edition).
