Description

A »sepulchral cave« (SHARMA, V D 1961 edited 1985), which consists of man-made, rock-cut pit that had been excavated from laterite and was used in »meghalithic time« (SHARMA, V D 1961 edited 1985) as a burial chamber, described REA (1911) from a place called »Perungulam« (SHARMA, V D 1961) or, perhaps, from Perumkulam and Peruinkulam (note 1).

Herbert Daniel Gebauer - 01/05/2016
