What possibly is a pothole and a cave, which is said to need tackle (vertical gear), reported Zuala Ralsun (1999.02.19 personal communication) -- perhaps tired of cave guiding -- from an unspecified location somewhere in the dense, pathless jungle between Khaddum and Sielkan (±250 m 25°11'47”N: 92°27'12”E: ca. (±25 m) 480 m). ETYMOLOGY: The origin, history and meaning of the Hmar (Mizo) cave name »Saishi Pouk« (Zuala Ralsun, Khaddum 1999.02.19) has not yet been identified.IDENTITY: Unknown. Unknown. The word "saishi" (Zuala Ralsun 1999) resembles the "saisi" in –>Saisidung Khur. PROSPECTS: In case »Saishi Pouk« (or so) does not only exist and happens to lie in the area but also is found and identified, it probably descends down and may eventually intersect a cave passage in –>Pielkhlieng Pouk.
