An unspecified sacred cave or rock shelter (temple cave), which is not only associated with Ratirupa Devi but also with other deities (ATKINSON 1882, vol. 11 edited 1991, 2: 345 after the 'ancient' (medieval?) Kedara Khanda, a Sanskrit geography claiming to be part of the Skanda Purana). SITUATION: Somewhere in the vicinity of the Srinagar (Garhwal) in Alaknanda valley and near Shiva Prayag north of Alaknanda river.
