Location
Tham Hoy is marked on a map on this small island off the southern end of Ko Tala Beng Noi.
Description
McCown reported a sea level cave at the southern end of the island where it is possible to drive a boat in (at all tide states) to reach a beach. At low tide it is about 50m across the beach to a climb up (rope rigged) of a few metres to a dry passage with old formations and some gours. This ends at a steeper, slippery climb up with a rigged rope. The cave is reported to ascend up five levels to a second entrance on top of the island. Sun Island Tours on Ko Lanta run trips to the cave.
