Inside the park head along the Buffalo Track Canyon Nature Trail you will encounter this set of caves (12 total) dug out from sandstone by the river passing by.
Description
large round overhang to the cave
on the side of the hill you'll see where the rock is eaten by weathering making the small round caves. not much else to look at while you hike.

Small path
lots of rough plants that will eat you up, long pants recommended. The horse path is narrow and may had many fallen trees at one section. the caves are small round shape, pretty neat and offer good shade in the summer. bring lots of water, the path is quite long. took me 1 hour 30 min to complete the loop. Park rangers will help you find the cave trail if needed.
