Description
A prehistoric rock art site (cave or shelter?) with drawings in red pigment reports COCKBURN (1983b: 125) from »Rajduree« or Rajdari (note 1) in the gorge of the »Chanduparbah« or Chandraprabha river (note 2).
NOTE 1: »Rajduree« (COCKBURN 1983b: 125) is perhaps indicated as »Rajdari Falls 43 m« (with RH Forest) near N24°56'46”: E083°10'20” (Everest 1830) on the Survey of India sheet 63-P/01 (edition 1970) in the Chakia Reserved Forest. NOTE 2: »Chanduparbah« (COCKBURN 1983b: 125) is the river Chandraprabha (also: Garai Nadi, mouth at N25°13': E083°15') on India Road Atlas (Eicher Goodearth 2006) maps 40 C5 and 57 G1).
