Description
A west-facing -cave- entrance (0.6 by 0.6 m large) does not give much access to a severe but less than 5 m long squeeze (the relic of a phreatic tube running straight east-west) which leads to an impenetrable constriction. SITUATION: At the level of the valley floor and adjacent south (if facing the cliff on the right-hand side) to the base of the terrace in front of the –>Sunnapurala Vanka Gavi proper. CULTURAL HISTORY - human use: In December 1996, the cave entrance was closed with limestone slabs vertically put up and the squeeze behind contained the precious hord of two substantiall logs of wood.
