Description
A source of relatively warm water (40°C, estimated 5 ltr/sec) issuing from several 10 cm diameter conduits forming a véritable gruyère dans dolomie (a veritable Swiss cheese in dolomite) or, perhaps, calcareous tufa / travertine (?), noticed DUCLUZAUX (1993 Mss, 1994c: 33) from somewhere at a certain Raminji Sar, a mountain (note 1) allegedly rising above the -left- (sic! qua: orographic right / west) bank of Hunza River. POSITION: Ducluzaux (1993 Mss, 1994c: 33) positioned Ruminij Sar / RS 1 at the unfortunately for all practical purposes useless coordinates x = 483,5 km; y = 4063,9 km; z = 2760 m specified by an inexplicable geodetic datum and combined with an unbased grid reference, an unrecognized map source, and an unspecified altimetric method.A source of relatively warm water (40°C, estimated 5 ltr/sec) issuing from several 10 cm diameter conduits forming a véritable gruyère dans dolomie (a veritable Swiss cheese in dolomite) or, perhaps, calcareous tufa / travertine (?), noticed DUCLUZAUX (1993 Mss, 1994c: 33) from somewhere at a certain Raminji Sar, a mountain (note 1) allegedly rising above the -left- (sic! qua: orographic right / west) bank of Hunza River.
