At a travelling distance of 9 km along one or the other road in an unspecified direction from Ziarat and, believe it or not, near a point where the cave entrance is visible south-west of the road (Brooks, S J 1997 Mss: Pakistan Cave Database) and, for that matter, without leaving the motorized vehicle.
Description
Brief description and etymology
An unspecified rock shelter with an unidentified shape combined with an unidentified orientation is formed in an unidentified host rock (note 1) and was not only understood to be characterised by unidentified characteristic peculiarities but also was estimated to measure the three distinct linear distances 2.5 m, 3 m, and 2 m in unidentified directions. ETYMOLOGY: No autochthonous, indigenous or locally known name has been identified for what has been christened Ziarat Shelter due to having no relation to the town of Ziarat except being 9 km along one or the other road away from it.
