Description
The entrance of an estimated 5 m wide and 10 m deep pothole was rapidly identified with the 1.5 m wide cave entrance gives access to a steeply inclined mud floor leading down to dislocated boulders with a vertical 10 m drop. IDENTITY: Ranging between fairly unknown and not known at all. ETYMOLOGY: No autochthonous, indigenous or locally known name has been identified for what passing outsiders referred to as Tsuala Pouk (Jantschke, H 2007 Mss: Fahrtenbericht Indien) and Zuala Pouk (note 1) because it was confused with the true Zuala Pouk, that is to say with –>AA Cave, Khaddum (1999b). SITUATION: In fairly dense vegetation and east of the footpath from Khaddum north to Sielkan (note 2). CAVE DESCRIPTION: A 1.5 m wide cave entrance with a steeply inclined mud slope leads to the edge of a sudden shaft down to boulders which clog a collapsed zone where a crawl was found penetrable to a certain degree (note 3).The entrance of an estimated 5 m wide and 10 m deep pothole was rapidly identified with the 1.5 m wide cave entrance gives access to a steeply inclined mud floor leading down to dislocated boulders with a vertical 10 m drop.
