Depuis l'ancien enclos à moutons « Seljalandsrétt », il faut parcourir plus de 700 mètres jusqu'au pied de la falaise, puis escalader une pente verticale de 10 mètres pour atteindre l'entrée de la grotte. Des chaînes ont été installées pour faciliter l'ascension, qui est éprouvante et déconseillée aux personnes peu courageuses. Difficultés d'accès
Paradise Cave is in a layer of lava. Not always easy to get to because of the path that can get quite wet. The walls of the cave are covered with old runic inscriptions.
