BAHUNDANDA (Cave at)

A stooping height sized cave entrance gives access to an unexplored cave in a spur that is built up of a whitish coloured accumulation consisting of a few unsorted angular limestone blocks, which cemented and separated from each other by very fine grained, poorly consolidated silt (earthflow of glacial debris?). Situated near the edge of a spur on which the village of Bahundanda is found, which lies at a walking distance of about four or five hours upstream the Marsyangdi River from Besishahar (Besisehar).
