Description
A solitary glacier cave (in ice) draining several glaciers (note 1) is reported from the snout of a 6 km long Tipra Bamak (Tipra Glacier, Tiprabamak). SITUATION: (Compare –>Bhamani Dhaur) Upstream of the camping ground Tipra Khorok at the head of Bhiundhar or -Valley of Flowers- which lies 4 km on foot from Gangria (Ghangaria, Ghangria), which itself is reached on foot from Govind Ghat (Gobind Ghat) in the upper reaches of the Alaknanda River.A solitary glacier cave (in ice) draining several glaciers (note 1) is reported from the snout of a 6 km long Tipra Bamak (Tipra Glacier, Tiprabamak).
