SI no. 11 consists of vaulted chambers and water cisterns underneath within Rampart, gates, bastion, ravilions with vaulted chambers and water cisterns underneath, moat and defence walls all round with glacis to the extent of the existing barbed wire fence at the Locality: Chennai (note 1). SITUATION: At a location somewhere in Madras (renamed Chennai), possibly -- but this is mere guesswork -- at Fort Saint George N13°04'42”: E080°17'09” (WGS84).
