The first of what was believed to represent Two karst caves … reported to S. Breitenbach and M. Laumanns (INSPEX 2006) during their stay in Lakha Mandal [note 1] in March 2006. Both caves require significant access walks in steep terrain. One of the caves was said to be a 20 m deep vertical pothole with an ongoing horizontal passage. Details of the other cave could not be given (Laumanns & Breitenbach 2006.04.15 Mss). SITUATION: One of these two karst caves was said to lie NNW of Lakhamandal and close to a certain village of Nada (note 2) which may correspond to Nagaon or Nawagaon (note 3).The first of what was believed to represent Two karst caves … reported to S.
