Description
A man-made erected grotto, reminding a lot the Christian grottoes in Europe or India, stands in front of the entrance to the ayurvedic / homeopathic hospital in Aroghya Dham area in the west of Janaki Kund, a popular bathing place on the stream Mandakini (actually: Paisuni) west of –>Chitrakoot town (note 1). CAVE DESCRIPTION: The grotto is about 1.7 m wide, 2 m high and 1.3 m deep, has a pointed arch and is illuminated by built-in electrical light.
