Location
The junction between the H323 and H3183 is marked by a 3 m high white Buddha and a police box. Take the H3183 east for 1.8 km to where the dirt track to Wat Phuttho Pawana turns off to the north. This is protected by the porch of Tham Puttowana. Following the track for about 1 km to this remote forest wat. From the wat descends the tufa cascades of the stream for 500 to the bottom of the valley which is followed to the right which leads to the bed of a steam which is ascended for 2 km. On the left a path ascends very steeply for 300 m and descends for about 200 m into a large doline. At the bottom of this doline on the left is a cave entrance 25 m high and 10 m wide.
Description
The entrance is of respectable dimensions and is decorated with voluminous massif stalamites. At the top of the most perillous and steep rests a Buddha. The enormous passage is 10 m wide by 100 m long wath a ceiling up to 40 m high. It goes to a sump where small, white depigmented fish swim. On the right a climb leads to a small opening into the passage. In the entrance porch on the left a narrow passage, which functions as a sink, allows the one to rejoin the big passage.
