EXPLORATION HISTORY: 1982-1983: Narayan Vyas and A. R. Shah of the Western Circle of the Survey [Archaeological Survey of India] collected Medieal pottery from the fortified area and rock-shelters, near Taranmata temple and Jogida Gupha (Indian Archaeology: A Review [IAR] 1982-83 / 1985: 133).
