Description
A relatively large cave entrance (up to 20 m wide and 8 m high) faces north-west and leads 5 m south-east to a short cave passage (3 m to 4 m wide and high) opening into a solitary, oblong cave chamber (20 by 30 metres in diameter), which is almost entirely filled by a conical mound of breakdown debris. SITUATION: Opposite south-east of the first two Phorke caves and in a rift gaping in the eastern Phorke cliff face. CAVE LIFE: Gebauer (1980.02.20, personal observation) noticed quite a number of bats building up a deposit of bat guano.
