RANIKHERA CAVE 2

A slightly descending chamber (7 to 8 m wide, 1.8 m high) with a soil floor (excavated?) is found in the southern flank of a 2 m deep collapse doline in the immediate west (260°) of –>Ranikhera Cave. Lumps of charcoal and traces of absent cave life (bat / Chiroptera guano, snake skin) were seen in January 2001. CULTURAL HISTORY - Human use: The (muddy?) cave sediment might have been used to cover these mounds with (in?) which charcoal is made.
