What appears to represent a natural cave or rock shelter reported Reverend Joseph WOLFF (1835: 219-220) from Khoram (note 1), where he spent a night (16th to 17th April 1832) during his journey (note 2) from Kholm to Bamian: On 16th April 1832, We were frightened [the day before (?), on 15th April at Eybak = Haibak] by a tribe of Kadaghan and Balkhwee, robbers in the mountains, so that we were obliged to hide ourselves in the clefts of the rocks.
