Description
No locally known name has been identified for a cave cave with an obvious entrance (8 m wide and 4 m high) to a slightly decending 12 m passage with a rapidly lowering cave ceiling. SITUATION: Above the left bank of Salang river and not far from a -hotel- (tea house? Chaikhana?) near kilometre stone 99.5 on the road from Kabul to Mazar-i Sharif [SPELEOLOGIE AFGHANE 1975: 19, cave plan on page 15].
