Description

Herbert Daniel Gebauer - 06/01/2018

One of two recently discovered -caves- (or so). DUCLUZAUX (1993 Mss) decided that one of the two caves has two cave entrances and is 50 m long while the other drops 50 m to a horizontal gallery. SITUATION: At an unknown location somewhere in the valley of Bardom Pir (note 1) or –>Kor Puram. A tiny village or hamlet Bardom Tir (sic!) is shown near N36°40': E74°46' on AMS sheet NJ43-14 Baltit (U502 series, 1963 edition) at the base of the north-east flank of the Lupgha group of mountains and in a tributary valley from the south-west to the lower (lowest!) reaches of Lupgha River, a tributary from the west to the Hunza River Valley. Badino, Giovanni 1993 and Girodo, Domenico 1993 needs to be checked. One of two recently discovered -caves- (or so).
