NOTE 1: »Kesalpura« (IAR 1960-61: 62) is not identified unless it is the Kesla near 22°29'N: 77°50'E (nima.mil/geonames accessed 16.11.2003) but this place lies about 60 km in a direct line SSE of Ubaidullaganj in an area where the districts of Hoshangabad and Sehore meet in the Narmada valley. NOTE 2: Obaidullahganj (India Road Atlas, Eicher Goodearth 2006: 71 E1) is positioned as Ubaidullaganj and Ubaidullahganj near 22°59'N: 77°36'E (nima.mil/geonames accessed 16.11.2003).
