Description
A relatively small cave entrance (1.5 m in square), not gained, lies at a height of five unclimbable metres above a frost debris-bearing gully. It opens at 4600 m asl (barometric) in a wall of arenaceous limestone (BORDET et al. 1971: "Rhétien" = Rhät). Dissolution features are absent. The poorly water bearing cave, apparently less than 2 m long, originates from frost shattering.
