The temporarily called Krem Wapong 2 (Quentin -Cooper- Cowper 2007.02.17 Mss: Krem Wapong 2) is a pothole that follows dry river bed with crawl that leads to top of a howling hot steam exiting pitch head. SITUATION 1 (Cowper 2007.02.17 Mss): From the standing stone [note 1] above Krem Labit Moolesngi [note 2] head down the next valley towards Moolesngi village and follow down the dry river bed till this area is encountered. The pot is 5 m away at 185° bearing from the GPS reading [note 3]. SITUATION 2 (Brooks, S J et al. 2007.03.01 Mss: Diary2007.doc): Not too far away [note 4] in the Krem Waipong [sic! also: Wapong] area and … roughly above the western end of K.L.(M).3 (note 5). CAVE DESCRIPTION 1 (Cowper 2007.02.17 Mss): Pot is about 8 m deep and about 8 m by 6 m oval shape with passage leading off the thinner end (SE). CAVE DESCRIPTION 2 (Brooks, S J et al. 2007.03.01 Mss: Diary2007.doc): One of three strong hot steaming draughting caves, that hopefully are near the Krem Labbit Mooasgni [Krem –>Labit, Moolesngi 3] upstream inlet present terminus. The temporarily called Krem Wapong 2 (Quentin -Cooper- Cowper 2007.02.17 Mss: Krem Wapong 2) is a pothole that follows dry river bed with crawl that leads to top of a howling hot steam exiting pitch head. History

EXPLORATION HISTORY: 2007.02.17: Quentin 'Cooper' Cowper (2007.02.17 Mss: Krem Wapong 2) recorded a temporarily Krem Wapong 2. On the other hand, Brooks, S J et al. (2007.03.01 Mss: Diary2007.doc) was told it was Anthony 'Tony' R Jarratt, Quentin 'Cooper' Cowper and Philippa Glanvill, who went recce’ing around the Krem Waipong [sic!] area to find three strong hot steaming draughting caves [Krem Wapong 2, Krem Wapong 3, Krem Wapong 4], that hopefully are near the Krem Labit Moolasgni [i.e. Krem –>Labit Moolesngi 3] upstream inlet present terminus. According to 2007.02.17: At last, on the 17th, … not far away, a surface recce team of Quentin ['Cooper' Cowper], Phillipa [Glanvill] and the writer [Anthony 'Tony' R Jarratt] checked the Krem Waipong [sic!] area and found three steaming and draughting caves roughly above the western end of K.L.(M).3 or Krem Labit (Moolesngi n° 3).
