Tham Phaya Lue is signed off the H1 at 47Q 537197 1982949. It is then 33km to the caves with very few signs! The road skirts around a large open-cast lignite mine before heading east. Just past the village of Ban San Pa Pao take a dirt road that forks to the left. After 3 km a left hand fork leads to Tham Jaeng. The ESRI GPS map shows Tham Chang Mae Lao to be in the hill to the east, close to the track which goes right at the fork. Martin Ellis - 06/12/2019
