Description
What was understood to represent a pothole (McNally 2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Labbit (Moolesngi) 2 / Bat Cave 2) characterised Brooks (circa 2006.10.31 undated Mss amendment to McNally 2006.02.26 Mss) as a surface pothole and recorded Arbenz, T (2006.05.21 Mss: Abstracts.xls) as pothole. SITUATION: Brooks (circa 2006.10.31 undated Mss amendments to McNally 2006.02.26 Mss) suggests to see Moolesngi 1 – same area. APPROACH: McNally (2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Labbit 2 Moolesngi) confesses to believe Krem Labbit 1 (Moolesngi) could be reached by following inadequate and error-stricken directions (note 1), which command, literally quoted, to Start at standing stones on ridge [Shnongrim Ridge] at N. 25-22-07.5 E 92-32-39.4 [note 2] head down ridge to south to gully with cave. POSTION: According to the recorded GPS position (N25°21'54.8”: E92°32'36,3” ±9 m WGS84), the second Krem Labit (Mulesngi) lies at linear distances of 44.3 m approximately south-southeast (SSE) of the first Krem –>Labit (Mulengi) and about 790 m approximately south-west (SW) of Lumthari village (N25°22'12”: E92°32'57”: 1000 m asl) or about 460 m approximately east-southeast (ESE) of Mulesngi village (N25°22'02”: E92°32'22”). CAVE DESCRIPTION: McNally (2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Labbit 1 …) combines full observation power with literary command to arrive at describing in detail nothing but c.15 m deep pothole. Brooks (circa 2006.10.31 undated Mss amendments to McNally 2006.02.26 Mss) explains this item is a surface pothole. PROSPECTS 1: McNally (2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Labbit 2 …) provides an elaborated list of possible continuations, complete with details and precise descriptions of the obstacles to overcome with saying OK. PROSPECTS 2: Brooks (circa 2006.10.31 undated Mss amendments to McNally 2006.02.26 Mss) explains this OK actually means OK / Good.ngi) and about 790 m approximately south-west (SW) of Lumthari village (N25°22'12”: E92°32'57”: 1000 m asl) or about 460 m approximately east-southeast (ESE) of Mulesngi village (N25°22'02”: E92°32'22”).
