Description

About fifteen (15) »rock shelters« (or, perhaps, caves) with rock art at a place called Pandunagar near Barkhera (note 1) and somewhere in the Bhimbetka area are said to have been discovered by V. S. Wakankar (Indian Archaeology: A Review 1968-1969 / 1972: 66). Sort of nearby are the –>Lakha Juar »caves and shelters« or –>Lakhajuar rock-shelters.
