The supicious hill name Kuh-e Sang-e Surakh Ghar, or Hill / Rock / Perforated (a crest window, literally -Graftfenster-, RATHJENS 1957: 284 Abb. 1), is positioned near N35°16'04-: E061°05'42“ (WGS84, nima.mil/geonames accessed 04.10.2003) in the far eastern corner of Herat province where Afghanistan, Iran and Turkmenistan meet.
